& Service Guarantee: |

All
stock items are guaranteed to your satisfaction. If you are not
completely satisfied, return merchandise within 30 days for
a full credit or refund. A Return Goods Authorization must accompany
all returns. Custom manufactured items cannot be returned unless
found to be defective.

| Pricing: |
| Prices
are updated as frequently as possible, however, prices are still subject
to change without notice. Typographical or similar errors are subject
to correction. |

Terms:
|
Payments
are made for online orders at time of order through PayPal or by purchase
order on preapproved account. Thirty days credit (net 30) is extended
to established accounts. Apply for an open account by providing Quality
Machine Systems with references from three business supply firms and
bank name and address.

| Minimum
Order : |
| At
this time, there is a $35.00 minimum order from Quality Machine
Systems. |
 |
| Delivery: |
| Unless
instructed otherwise in advance, orders are shipped via standard
UPS Ground service. However, restrictions due to size, weight
or delivery requirements may make it necessary to ship via motor freight
(F.O.B. Mentor, Ohio). UPS Air Service, Federal Express, Emery, DHL,
Airborne and U.S. Postal Service available. |

| Backorders: |
| If
merchandise is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder for 90
days unless the customer requests to hold order longer. |
 |
| Claims: |
| Claims
must be made within five days after receipt of the merchandise.

| Damaged,
lost or short shipments: |
UPS
- Notify your local UPS office immediately. In addition, advise us
so that we can reship the merchandise and place a claim. Keep damaged
goods and containers until advised of disposition.
Motor Freight - Quality Machine Systems is not responsible
for merchandise damaged or lost my motor freight carriers. If shipment
is damaged or short one or more packages, have the damage or shortage
noted by the delivering carrier's agent on receipts and freight bill.
If you accept a short or damaged shipment from the delivering carrier
without proper notation by his agent, you do so at your own risk. |

| Returns: |
All
returns must be prepaid unless we have made a mistake in the order
shipment. All returns should be made within 30 days of receipt
of order and include a Quality Machine Systems issued Returned Goods
Authorization..

us to request a Returned Goods Authorization.
Credit will not be issued for returned material if it has been
marked, altered, or abused. Returns due to customer error will be
subject to a minimum 10% restocking charge. |

| Warranty
and Responsibility: |
| We
warrant that all products and services will be free from defects under
normal use when correctly installed and maintained. |
